Systemanforderungen | System requirements

• DE – Unten folgen unterstützte Betriebssysteme und Browsers. Empfohlen wird die aktuellste Version Ihres Browsers. Eine Breitband- oder Glasfaser-Internetverbindung wird benötigt.
• EN – Supported Operating Systems and browsers are listed below. It is recommend to us the latest version of your browser. A broadband or fibre internet connection is required - dial up will not work.

Windows (PCs)

• DE – Unterstützt werden PCs mit Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 und Windows 11. Die folgenden Browser können verwendet werden: Google Chrome (Version 99+), Microsoft Edge (Version 99+), Firefox (Version 98+), Opera (Version 84+). Internet Explorer wird nicht mehr unterstützt.
• EN – Supported are PC’s running Windows 7, Windows 8.1 , Windows 10, and Windows 11. The following browsers are supported: Google Chrome (Version 99+), Microsoft Edge (Version 99+), Firefox (Version 98+), Opera (Version 84+). Not supported is Internet Explorer.

Mac Computer

• DE – Unterstützt wird iOS 11.0 oder höher und folgende Browsers: Safari, Google Chrome (Version 99+), Microsoft Edge (Version 97+).
• EN – Supported is iOS 11.0 or later and the following browsers: Safari, Google Chrome (Version 99+), Microsoft Edge (Version 97+).

Apple TV

• DE – Unterstützt werden tvOS 12.0 oder höher und Airplay Version 4.0 oder höher mit Apple TV. Bitte beachten Sie folgende Voraussetzungen:
  Für AirPlay müssen sich alle Geräte auf demselben WLAN befinden. Für Verbindungen über ein HDMI Kabel ist die Unterstützung von HDCP Signalen Version 2.2 notwendig (Kopierschutz), was der Apple HDMI-Lightning Adapter nicht unterstützt. Untertitel: Wählen, bevor das Signal auf Apple TV geschickt wird.
• EN – Supported are tvOS 12.0 or later, and Airplay version 4.0 or later to Apple TV. Please be aware of the following requirements: For Airplay all devices need to be on the same WLAN. For connections via a HDMI cable, support of HDCP signals version 2.2 are required (copy protection), which the Apple HDMI-Lightning adapter does not support. Subtitles: select the subtitles before sending the signal to Apple TV.

Android, Android TV

Linux

• DE – Wird nicht unterstützt.
• EN – Is not supported.

Chromecast

• DE – Unterstützt wird Chromecasting Inhalt von Google Chrome und Microsoft Edge.
• EN – Supported is Chromecasting content from Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

Smart TV

• DE – Empfohlen ist die Verwendung der jeweiligen aktuellen Version von AmazonTV, AndroidTV oder AppleTV.

Probleme | Trouble

Ich kann überhaupt keinen Inhalt streamen. Was ist los?

I can’t stream any of the content, what’s going on?

• DE – Überprüfen Sie die oben erwähnten Systemanforderungen. Aktualisieren Sie den Browser auf die neueste Version. Shift72 verwendet adaptives Bitraten-Streaming. Die Streaming-Qualität passt sich so automatisch an Ihre Internet Geschwindigkeit an. Für HD-Streaming (High Definition) empfehlen wir VDSL-, Kabel- oder Glasfaserverbindungen, da Shift72 kein konsistentes HD-Streaming auf ADSL garantiert.
• EN – Check the system requirements above and update the browser to the latest version. Shift72 uses adaptive bitrate streaming which means the streaming quality will automatically adjust based on your internet speed. For High Definition (HD) streaming we recommend VDSL, cable or fibre connections as Shift72 cannot guarantee consistent HD streaming on ADSL.

Warum unterbricht die Videowiedergabe oder wird nicht reibungslos wiedergegeben?

Why does video playback stall or not play smoothly?

• DE – Wenn Ihre Internetverbindung schlecht oder nicht stabil ist, können während der Wiedergabe Probleme auftreten. Versuchen Sie, die Wiedergaberate zu verringern. (Klick auf «Auto» unten im Player und eine tiefere Rate auswählen).
• EN – If your internet connection is poor or inconsistent you may experience problems during playback. Try lowering the playback bitrate. (Click on «Auto» in the Player and select a lower bitrate).

• DE – Logen Sie über Anmelden ein und entfernen Sie unter Meine Geräte (oben rechts) eines oder alle Geräte. Es sind drei Geräte erlaubt.
• EN – Log in via Sign In and remove one or all listed devices under My devices (top right). Three devices are allowed.
